When choosing a coworking space, you probably think about offices, meeting rooms, high-speed internet, or a convenient location. But what truly shapes the day-to-day experience are the people behind the space.
At aSpace Cotroceni, being a Community Manager means much more than managing an office. It’s about noticing the little things, solving problems before they become bigger ones, and creating an environment where people feel welcome from day one.
Today, we’d like you to meet Georgiana, Community Manager at aSpace Cotroceni, who shares what this role looks like from the perspective of someone who always puts people first.
In Brief

aSpace Cotroceni
In a coworking space, the Community Manager plays a key role in shaping the everyday experience of members. From keeping the space running smoothly and resolving issues quickly to building genuine relationships within the community, the goal is to create a workplace where people enjoy coming every day and can focus on what matters most.
“I love knowing people enjoy coming here.”
Georgiana describes herself as empathetic, organized, approachable, and always ready with a smile.
At aSpace Cotroceni, her mission is simple: to make sure every member has everything they need to work comfortably and feels welcome every time they walk through the door.
“What I enjoy most is interacting with people. I love knowing they trust me, that they feel comfortable asking me anything, and that they see me as someone they can rely on. My goal is for people to genuinely enjoy coming to the office and to feel comfortable while they’re here.”
For Georgiana, a successful day isn’t just one where everything runs smoothly—it’s one where members leave feeling they’ve spent their day in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Great Atmospheres Are Built Through Small Gestures
For many people, a coworking space is about modern facilities or a great location. For Georgiana, it’s the small, everyday gestures that make the biggest difference.
She makes sure the space is clean and quiet, resolves issues as quickly as possible, and ensures every member feels heard.
Sometimes the difference is simply responding at the right moment. Other times, it’s knowing there’s always someone available to help when a problem comes up.
In her experience, it’s these seemingly small details that turn a workspace into a community people genuinely enjoy returning to.
Respect Starts with the Way You Treat People

One thing Georgiana values deeply is discretion.
If a member makes a mistake or requests something the team can’t provide at that moment, she always prefers to speak with them privately.
“I never want to put someone in an uncomfortable situation in front of their colleagues.”
It may seem like a small gesture, but for her, respect is shown through moments like these.
The way we communicate says a lot about the kind of community we want to build.
The Community at aSpace Cotroceni
Georgiana joined the aSpace team in January 2026, making her the newest member of the team. Even so, she says she quickly felt at home thanks to the people she met from day one.
“From my very first days, I met incredibly kind, respectful, friendly, and positive people. They made me feel appreciated and helped me settle in very quickly.”
Of course, challenging situations arise from time to time. That’s only natural in a diverse community.
But experience has taught her that patience and a calm approach solve far more problems than reacting impulsively.
“At the end of the day, people simply want to be heard and treated with respect.”
Knowing You’ve Made a Difference
Out of all the feedback she’s received, one comment has stayed with her.
A member once told her that every time they arrived at the office and saw her smiling, it brightened their entire day, no matter how busy or stressful it had been.
Other members have also appreciated her dedication and genuine desire to help whenever she can.
For Georgiana, these are the moments that remind her the little things truly matter.
Sometimes, a simple smile can change the atmosphere of an entire day.
What aSpace Means to Georgiana
Beyond being her workplace, aSpace is about the people she’s met along the way.
“I’ve built relationships that I truly hope will last. I’ve met warm, hardworking people, and I’ve learned something valuable from every single one of them.”
For her, that’s one of the greatest things a coworking space can offer—not just a place to work, but a community where you belong and continue to grow.
More Than Just a Workspace
Behind every aSpace location is a team of people dedicated to creating the best possible experience for the community.
At aSpace Cotroceni, Georgiana does this through empathy, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help others. A smile, a little empathy, and a lot of care for people aren’t just nice ideas—they’re part of the experience she works to create every single day for everyone who walks through the door.
If you’d like to experience the atmosphere at aSpace Cotroceni—a coworking space and private office hub in Bucharest—or at any of our other aSpace locations, we’d love to welcome you for a tour!
